Q. How do I know if an item will fit?

All items have sizes in the description with measurements, but if you are unsure, please contact us and we can double check measurements for you.

Q. What if I’d like to return my item?

We have a 14 day returns policy on all new items and a 7 day returns policy on all used items from the date of receipt. Any items returned after this period will not qualify for a refund unless faulty. All items are thoroughly checked prior to dispatch.

Q. Will my item be clean?

All used items will be laundered ready for dispatch unless stated otherwise due to the nature of the item.

Q. Do I have to pay postage on each item I buy or can postage be combined?

Yes we will calculate the best postage price for you as long as you purchase your items all together.

Q. I like your party boxes but can these be customised?

Yes this is a possible option if we have stock available. Please contact us to discuss your preference, so that we can calculate a price for you. Alternatively, you can add items to our standard boxes if required.

Q.  Where does your used stock come from?

We have several sources of stock, but our used costumes come mainly from ex hire Fancy Dress shops and theatre companies.

Q. Do you buy costumes back?

Yes this is possible. Please contact us with any items you want to sell and we can give you a price to purchase, if suitable.
